Make AI videos in Claude

Add EveryGen as a custom connector and Claude can generate videos for you on claude.ai, in the desktop app and on mobile. Setup takes two minutes and needs no API key.

    Open Connectors in Claude

    On claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app, open Customize, go to Connectors, click + Add and choose Add custom connector.

    Paste the EveryGen server URL

    Name the connector EveryGen and paste this address:

    https://everygenai.video/api/mcp

    Sign in and allow access

    Click Connect. Sign in to the EveryGen account whose credits you want to use, then choose Allow.

    Ask for a video

    In any chat, describe the video you want. Claude may ask you to approve the tool call the first time; after that the finished clip appears in the conversation.

Add the server from your terminal, then run /mcp inside Claude Code and sign in to EveryGen.

Questions

Why does Claude ask me to sign in to EveryGen?

Claude needs your permission to create videos with your account. You sign in on everygenai.video and approve one permission; Claude never sees your password.

Claude says it could not connect. What should I check?

Make sure the URL is exactly https://everygenai.video/api/mcp and that you finished signing in and chose Allow. On Team or Enterprise plans, check that an Owner added the connector. To change a connector, Claude requires removing it and adding it again.

Which account pays for the videos?

The EveryGen account you signed in with. Check your balance or buy credits on the pricing page.

What the connector can do

  • list_video_models

    Lists every video model with its durations, resolutions, aspect ratios and credit cost per second.

  • generate_video

    Starts a text-to-video or image-to-video job. Uses credits from the connected account; failed jobs are refunded.

  • get_video_task

    Checks a job and returns the video link when it is ready.
