Privacy Policy

1. Scope and contact

This Policy covers EveryGen AI at everygenai.video, including accounts, generation, and support. “We” means the service operating under the EveryGen AI brand. Contact hello@everygenai.video for privacy requests or information about the operator and processing relevant to your account.

Optional payment, social sign-in, email, analytics, advertising, and live-chat services handle information only when configured and used; listing a category does not mean every integration is active. See our Terms of Service for use conditions.

2. Account and authentication data

We store your name, email, account ID, supplied profile details, and authentication records. Email/password authentication stores a password hash, not your plain-text password. Session records can contain timestamps, IP address, and browser/user-agent information. We may record your language and a website referral source.

An enabled social sign-in provider supplies profile and authentication details for sign-in and account linking. Account information is necessary for your workspace; without it, authenticated features cannot be used.

3. Prompts, reference media, and results

Task records include your account ID, prompt, model, generation settings, reference URLs, status, provider task ID, timestamps, credit charge, and result metadata or links. They support generation, history, status checks, and billing review. The video studio currently accepts publicly accessible reference image URLs, not local image uploads.

Do not submit credentials, confidential information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Have the required permissions and lawful basis for inputs identifying other people. A public image URL is already accessible to its host and people with the link.

4. Kie and model processing

Starting a generation sends your prompt, reference URLs where applicable, model choice, and parameters to Kie. Kie and the relevant model services may retrieve images and process that content. Our integration does not need to send your password or payment-card information to Kie.

Provider input, output, logging, retention, and model-improvement practices depend on their terms and arrangements. We cannot promise all models use zero-retention or no-training policies. Review Kie's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Their public website policy may not answer every API or upstream-model question; contact us before submitting sensitive content if you need clarification.

This integration requests inference, not training of a model operated by us. Private tasks are not automatically published in our public gallery or advertising; public promotion requires separate permission.

5. Support, billing, and technical data

Support emails or tickets can contain your email, message, chosen attachments, and account or task identifiers. Never include passwords, secret API keys, or full card numbers.

If purchases are enabled, we retain order references, products or plans, amounts, currency, payment status, subscription records, and credit transactions. Payment processors handle payment credentials; the application does not store full card numbers. Technical requests can disclose IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and error information to the application and hosting infrastructure.

6. Purposes and processing bases

We use relevant data to provide accounts and generation, show task status and history, manage credits and purchases, answer support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not make legally significant eligibility decisions solely from AI video output.

Where a processing basis is required, it can include performance of the requested service contract, legal obligations for records, legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention where permitted and balanced against your rights, and consent for optional processing where required. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. A generation request is not blanket consent to unrelated advertising or training.

7. Recipients and sharing

Recipients can include Kie and model services for generation; hosting, database, or configured storage services; and, if enabled, sign-in, payment, transactional email, support, or analytics providers. Disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose. Authorised support or administrators may access records to operate the service or resolve requests.

Necessary data may also be disclosed for lawful requests, safety or system protection, or a business reorganisation subject to applicable safeguards and notices. We do not sell personal information or currently use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. New providers or purposes may require an updated notice and consent.

8. Cookies and browser storage

Essential authentication cookies support sessions and security. Language cookies remember your locale; browser storage may remember interface preferences. Referral cookies, if present, can supply the source recorded at registration. Browser settings let you inspect, block, and delete these items. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.

Optional analytics, ads, or live chat can add cookies or similar technologies if enabled. This Policy does not replace required consent controls. Such integrations should not be enabled in regions requiring consent until appropriate controls exist. Merely reading this page does not give consent.

9. External media and links

Some labelled demo clips and portraits load from third-party media hosts for preview. Those requests can disclose your IP address, browser details, and request information to the host. External sites and media hosts apply their own practices. A demo label is not a claim that we generated that material or a licence to reuse it.

Generated result links may also use provider-hosted media. Anyone with a public or shareable link may be able to access it; an account-only history does not make the media URL private.

10. Retention and downloads

Account and task records are retained for account operation and history until a deletion request is processed or records are otherwise removed. There is currently no fixed automatic purge schedule for all task records. Showing recent tasks is a display limit, not a promise that older database records have been deleted.

Some records may remain after a deletion request for outstanding transactions, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or disputes. The purpose and applicable requirement determine that retention. Backup removal and third-party retention can differ from active-database deletion. Contact us about a particular record; we do not promise immediate erasure from every provider or backup.

Video links can expire independently of task records. Results are not currently automatically archived to our own media storage. Download and back up outputs you want to keep.

11. International processing

Hosting, Kie, models, and other feature providers may process information outside your country. Destinations depend on the services and deployment. We do not promise local-only hosting, a confirmed storage region, or an approved transfer arrangement that has not been established.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the operator must arrange them before that processing; simply accepting the Terms does not replace them. Contact us before sending data required to stay in a particular jurisdiction.

12. Security

The application uses authentication, access checks for private tasks, password hashing, and server-side provider credentials. Administrators must secure deployments and protect provider keys. No system guarantees absolute security; this Policy is not a claim of a specific certification. Report suspected unauthorised access to hello@everygenai.video.

13. Choices and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Supported profile fields can be updated in settings. Export, deletion, and other privacy requests currently use support, not automatic self-service tools.

Email hello@everygenai.video from your account address and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain lawful limitations. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority. These rights are not waived by using the website.

14. Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over, not children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information through an account, contact us to investigate and take appropriate action. Do not submit exploitative material or unnecessary personal data about children.

15. Updates and contact

The revision date appears above. When processing changes, material changes or new purposes will be communicated separately where required, and necessary consent sought before processing begins.
